As ambassador during the major decisions to create the hospital in the 2010s, Bernard de Gerlache was able to appreciate the hospital&#8217;s organization, presented by the deputy director general, Mr. Kouassi Kouadio, Dr. Ouattara, and Sister Ida, the head nurse.
