On April 29, the Ordre de Malte France organized a working lunch in Paris with the
ambassadors accredited to the Sovereign Order of Malta, to present all the activities of the
French association, particularly in Africa. On this occasion, SEM Arnaud de Viviès met his
counterpart, resident in Rome, SEM Vhangha Patrice Koffi, as well as the First Counsellor of
SEM the Ambassador of Côte d'Ivoire to France, SEM Anthelm Prosper Angui.
