Meeting of the advisory committee of the St Jean Baptiste Association

The first advisory committee of the St Jean Baptiste Association, which manages the St Jean
Baptiste Hospital in Bodo, met on Thursday, September 18, at the Ministry of Health, Public
Hygiene, and Universal Health Coverage. Chaired by the association’s president, Mr. Cédric
CHALRET du RIEU, and attended by His Excellency Minister DIMBA, his Chief of Staff, Mr.
Aka Charles KOFFI, and His Excellency the Ambassador, discussions focused on mutual
support between the two institutions.

Following an initial meeting between the two officials to gain a better understanding of the Order, Ms. Nialé KABA hosted the Ambassador de Viviès, the First Counselor, and the First Secretary of the Embassy, along with all of the Minister’s staff. This meeting provided an opportunity to review in greater detail the Order’s overall structure and activities in Côte d’Ivoire.

Meeting with the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire, Mr. Faman TOURE, along with several colleagues, welcomed Ambassador de Viviès and the First Secretary. He expressed his desire for us to give him a tour of the hospital so that he could better introduce it to the more than 80,000 companies affiliated with the CCI-CI, particularly those in the Bodo and Tiassalé regions, and requested a presentation on HSJB as well as a list of projects that could be integrated into the CSR policies of Ivorian companies.
