September 21, 2023 was the occasion to warmly congratulate and thank Madame Aoua KOUASSI,
secretary at the Chancellery for almost 30 years. On this occasion, Ambassador de Viviès presented
her, in the presence of members of the Embassy, her family and friends, with the the Silver Medal
of Merit of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta.
Ambassador de Viviès traveled to Rome from January 24 to 27, 2024, to attend the Order of Malta's ambassadors' meeting at the Magistral Villa, in the presence of the 81st Grand Master of the Sovereign Order of Malta, Fra John T. Dunlap.
