The Minister of the Interior and Security, General Viadongo DOMANDE, received the Ambassador de Viviès, in the presence of his diplomatic adviser and his chief of staff. We discussed the issue of refugees from the north of the country, and the possibilities offered either by Malteser International, or by the Order’s two associations in the country, or even all three. We raised the issue of the African Cup of Nations, and possible support from the Order.
