On Tuesday December 5, H.E. the Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta de Viviès met Cardinal KUTWA at his residence to discuss the Order's activities in Côte d'Ivoire.
On September 22, SEM the Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Côte d’Ivoire Arnaud de Viviès met Mr. Philippe POINSOT, United Nations resident Coordinator.
September 21, 2023 was the occasion to warmly congratulate and thank Madame Aoua KOUASSI, secretary at the Chancellery for almost 30 years.
During the meeting on september 20, with the new Belgian ambassador, Carol van Eyll, who arrived recently, Ambassador de Viviès recalled all the actions carried out by the Sovereign Order of Malta in Côte d'Ivoire for over fifty years, with the French association of the Order of Malta, and with the association of friends of the Order of Malta in Côte d'Ivoire.
On September 20, Ambassador de Viviès was on hand at St Jean-Baptiste hospital to launch the maxillofacial surgery program carried out in partnership between the hospital and the Atef Omaïs Foundation, represented by its Secretary General, Mr Ramzy Omaïs.
HEM. Matthias Veltin, the new German ambassador, who is well acquainted with the Order of Malta and the German association subordinate to the Order, received Ambassador de Viviès at the Chancellery, on september 19.
With the new Korean ambassador, HE Saeng KIM, l’ambassadeur de Viviès clarified the relationship between the Republic of Malta and the Order, and discussed about history and organisation of the Order.
On 27 June, HE Jessica Davis BA, the new Ambassador of the United States, received the Ambassador de Viviès. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the history, organisation and activities of the Order, both worldwide, in particular with American associations, and in Côte d'Ivoire.
On Monday 26 June, ambassador de Viviès met with the director of the NOCP, prefect Kassi Gabin AMANKOU ; the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the field of first aid, which is well known to the Order's associations (French association, CISOM, etc.), and to open up possibilities for a partnership in this area.
